HEY EVERYONE! We are back at it today with another one one of our (favorite kind of) blogs allllll about Best Indiana Airbnbs!! How exciting, right?! Today is not about just any ordinary AirBnBs though…. today we are highlighting the absolute best, jaw dropping, snuggle inspiring, INDIANA AIRBNBS! Whoop Whoop! We love that we get to highlight the fantastic places that just so happen to be in our home state! It’s fun to find these little hidden gems because at first glance, one might have the crazy thought of “who would want to vacation/elope/get married/adventure in Indiana??” Okay now… we hear you and we are here to do just that! – To answer that “WHY”! Let’s just started already!

Best Indiana Airbnbs for Adventures of All Kinds

1. Beachfront Villa, Miller Beach

You are never going to want to come back home after staying in this Beachfront Villa at Miller Beach! This cute little thang sits picture perfectly atop a 60 ft private dune!!! It is also known for it’s Greek Island-inspiration and nautically-theme. It is a Smart Home and is dog-friendly!! Are you KIDDING?! It has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 gourmet kitchens, 4 fireplaces, and 4 wet bars to offer! You can stay here and enjoy direct beach access and the Chicago skyline! My jaw has officially dropped.

2. The Artist’s A-Frame, Madison

A perfect little cozy getaway to hide from all of the craziness of the world! The Artist’s A-Frame is perfect for a weekend getaway or even a small elopement. It is named very appropriately in our opinion…. it is a work of art! AND you can stay in it!! For this reason, this sweet getaway has comfort and convenience in mind when you choose to stay here. This unique, newly remodeled A-Frame home is nestled in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. You will be only minutes away from Clifty Falls State Park (10 minutes!) and Historic Downtown Madison (5 minutes!!).

3. The Cozy Nest, Howe

You dont get a name like this for nothing…. The Cozy Nest is just as described, extra cozy! The Cozy Nest is an ADORABLE three-bedroom, pet-friendly cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake lake. They had us at pet friendly 🙂 The kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully renovated! That is not all the Cozy Nest has to offer because Satellite TV and DSL wifi are there for you if you choose to stay connected to the outside world – you don’t have to though! Wink wink… Trails run through the preserve across the road, and a couple of bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside. 

4. Beach Comber Lakeside Canvas Cottage, Jasonville

If you are an adventurer at heart, this little Canvas Cottage is for you! This little guy is seriously, something dreams are made of! It is so SO unique. There is a queen bed and a bunk bed just for you! What else? Well, there is also a refrigerator, hot and cold running water in your tent, gas grill, and fire pit right out side your door! Just like old times!! Take this sweet, sweet time away to learn to fish or kayak! You can also rent one of their stand up paddle boards! What a great way to explore the lake or maybe even just to paddle around in the sun off of their sandy beach! Each canvas cottage has their own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the evenings enjoy the sunset through the pines!!!

5. Nashville Treasure, Nasville

A sweet, sweet escape fromm reality! The Nashville Treasure House is the perfect modern getaway! This mid-century modern one bedroom house is located just 15 minutes from historic Nashville, Indiana! This slice of heaven is so beautifully decorated and happens to beadjacent to Yellowwood State Forest! SCORE! This house has an open floor plan. The large kitchen is open to a large family room… perfect for a family getaway. You can lounge around in your jammies or tan on the back deck OR watch the wildlife all right from the porch! Newly remodeled in 2019 it is a sight to see. You will be making plans for your next visit right after your first!

6. Lake Maxinkuckee Getaway, Culver

With over 750 square feet of beachfront, this is truly a favorite in our books! The Lake Maxinkuckee Getaway is the perfect vacay home for water lovers and adventurers alike! This is one epic little home located right in downtown Culver! There is about 100 feet of breathtaking water frontage along Lake Maxinkuckee that you can see right from your BnB. Take a walk to Culver Academy, downtown shops, Papa’s pizza, The Rootbeer Stand, bars, restaurants, ice cream, golf cart rentals, bike paths and more! This babe is available year round. 

7. Cozy Pines Treehouse, Columbus

Did someone say treehouse?! This Cozy Pines Treehouse is one of Indiana’s best kept secrets! It seriously looks like it belongs in a movie scene… all thanks to Cozy Pines being a sweet and secluded, cozy cabin that is nestled right in NINE gorgeous, wooded acres! The cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. What else is there? An outdoor hot tub, game room in the basement, fire pit, horse shoes, and even another treehouse for the kids!! HOW CUTE?!

• THE GRAIN BIN RETREAT – Are you a farmer’s kid? Or maybe you grew up in the rural midwest? This one is bound to pull on your heartstrings as it is perfectly modeled after a grain bin. HA! How cool is that?! Plus a beautiful lake is just a walk away!
• SCHONBROOK FARM AND INN – This is the cutest little farm house we ever did see… Right next to THE Notre Dam University and a fan favorite town of Shipshewana, this pick could be a realllll good time!
• BEACH KEEN – Yeah… so… houses don’t get much more unique looking than this fella. Located in gorgeous Sheridan Beach, IN stands this beautifully appointed home. With two bedrooms and two full baths, this is the perfect getaway for the smaller group.
