Allie and Logan, where to start with these two?! Their connection and love for each other is 1000% evident in every single photo that I took! I don’t think any of us have laughed this hard! A match made in heaven and a seriously love story worthy couple. We set up a Valentine’s Styled shoot for their Engagement Session in Lafayette, Indiana at Second Level Studios. Second Level Studios offered a beautiful backdrop for an intimate engagement session!

Throughout the session I couldn’t stop thinking how perfect these two are for each other. You could just sense that their relationship is so much fun because of all of the laughing that we did!

Allie + Logan met at Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana (Go Pumas!). Allie was talking to a mutual friend in front of their college’s student center and she mentioned that she wanted to meet Logan and be his friend. Just after she had mentioned this, guess who walked out of the student center?! Allie yelled at Logan that she wanted to be his friend and they exchanged a high five! Clearly, the rest was history! They have been together almost 6 years!

The Proposal

Allie + Logan went on their first vacation together, just the two of them, to the Bahamas. Allie had never been on a cruise before so Logan decided to give her a walking tour of the WHOLE boat, including every stairwell ha! What she didn’t know was that Logan was scoping out the perfect place to propose. Logan wanted to propose to Allie on the first night because it was his parents’ 30th wedding anniversary!

So they got ready for Dinner and Logan had Allie pick out which suit jacket he should wear. Of course Allie picked the black one but Logan had stuck the ring in the gray one. (oops!). So Logan was trying to make up some crazy story the whole night so that he could go back to the cabin to get it. Finally, he was able to get away from Allie and he ran across the whole ship without her even knowing!

After dinner and a show, they go over to the railing to view the ocean and the stars, and Logan starts saying super sweet things to Allie. You know what’s coming next, right?! Before she knew it, Logan was down on one knee asking Allie to spend the rest of their lives together. Allie started bawling and obviously she said Yes! Then she made him move away from the railing because she thought he was going to drop the ring into the ocean, ha!
