I am so excited to share Jordan + Jason’s Crawfordsville, Indiana Wedding! Between the walks on the beach and seeing each other for the first time as Jordan walked down the aisle, it literally was the best day! The music in the background as the lyrics rang true – I get to love you. It’s the best thing that I’ll ever do. Jason and Jordan started their life together in October with a Lakeside View reception.
Jason and Jordan have been enjoying married life for 3 months now. Their special day was inspired by a rustic theme on Pinterest that Jordan brought to life with help from her family and friends. From the venue, desserts, attire and of course the DRESS, her vision turned into a beautiful wedding that held so much love for each other. Their day was filled with smiles and laughter, which has been part of their love story from day one. Jason and Jordan would spend ALL night talking with laughter and fun. Their company of one another beamed of love throughout the entire wedding day and I have no doubt it will go beyond.
It only makes sense to have a wedding reception near the beach with a beautiful lake view because a lot of their time together has been at the beach. It’s one of their favorite places to go. Jason even proposed at the beach in Michigan City! The couple walked around and took pictures by the lighthouse, then they started messing in the sand and both wrote something in the sand. Jordan wrote, “Jordan heart Jason” and Jason wrote “marry me?” Jordan thought it was all a joke (which humor has been a part of their relationship from the beginning) so Jason told her to turn around because he was going to write something for real this time. With his finger writing in the sand he wrote it again “will you marry me?” And of course she said YES, because here I am, writing about their story and epic wedding day.
After the I do’s, the kiss and the announcement of the newly wed couple, Jordan and Jason celebrated the night with family and friends. Jordan shared that looking into the crowd of family + friends that helped them celebrate “was one of my favorite parts to our day.” She continued, “The important part is that you are marrying the love of your life !” That’s all that matters at the end of the day!
