Bailee + Dane
Y’all… get ready for this one. Bailee and Dane are about to rock your freaking striped, fluffy, fall socks off with their Fall Indiana Couples Session haha! We know we aren’t the only ones preaching this, BRING ON THE FALL! This photoshoot gives all the cozy, cuddly, autumn vibes you will need today.
On September 29th of this year, these lovebirds will be celebrating their three years together – whoop whoop! Let’s hear it for high school sweethearts 😉 They have spent those 1,095 (and counting) days listening to the music they love while on long, country drives.
And they do this OF COURSE all while singing loudly with the windows down! They also love working out together, snuggling with Jackson (their adorable lil puppy!), and getting ice cream.
Call us romantics… but any couple whose favorite thing to do together is to get ice cream automatically gives us movie vibes. Ice cream is one of those underrated romantics things Bryt and I LOVE.
They met wayyyy back at the beginning of freshman year, but “lost our way,” Bailee says. They found their way back to each other two years later. We LOVE that phrase…
“Lost our way.”
It is so dang poetic and applicable to so many couples we know. Sometimes life gets crazy, hectic, and downright unfair. Sometimes letting go makes the most sense at a certain time in our lives… but love finds a way.
It paves it’s way back if it’s meant to be, and it just so happened to come back to Bailee and Dane and we could not be more than happy to have photographed this love at their Fall Indiana Couples Session.
Bailee said her first impression of Dane was that he was super tall, “so I knew I would be down bad for him.” HAHA!! But it was the ginger hair and blue eyes really reeled her in… hook, line, and sinker. “He was goofy, sweet, attractive, and taller than me. I couldn’t ask for much more than that.”
At first, Dane thought of Bailee as this cute, athletic, and loving girl. He tells us that she was awkward and very shy when they first met… and he even notes she still is even though they live together ahaha!
Now to the real reason we are all reading this. THEIR PUPPY! Jackson is a border collie mix they found at Natalie’s Second Chance in Lafayette. He was about 8 months old when they adopted him! We love a good rescue dog story.
“He loves to play, give good boy kisses and cuddles, eat human food, and go for car rides with his head out the window. Overall, the sweetest lady killer there is.”
He definitely stole the show at this Fall Indiana Couples Session photoshoot.

Bailee and Dane’s sesh was nothing short of lovely. There is so so much to do in this town!
Lafayette, Indiana is the next town over from West Lafayette… home of the Purdue Boilermakers!! This campus is one awesome cityscape with so so much to look at! Our favorite campus restaurants include Triple X, Raising Cane’s chicken tenders, and Cafe Literato are all awesome picks.
As far as adventures go…… Happy Hollow Park is suchhhh an amazing place to take your dogs, kids, or even just a picnic with your lover! There is one main paved trail that is easy peasy and then tons of off-roading options too! Wildlife is ALIVE AND WELL in this park. You might get up close and personal with a deer and her babies!
The celery bog is another personal favorite. We do lots of photoshoots here…. for real, check this out! We love this place for photos, but there are also lots of trails and paved ways for people looking for a little nature walk or wildlife encounters in their lives.
