I heard that Chad first charmed Kaylin with his cheesy pickup lines. Which, I would say in the end, worked out perfectly for him. I love that their relationship all began over a dare and a laugh, because that just seems to represent these two so perfectly! So, grab a coffee and check out the Meadow Springs Manor Wedding of Chad and Kaylin!
Chad and Kaylin first met at Purdue University. While Kaylin was in her freshman year she met Chad’s sister. They became really close friends and Andrea decided to introduce Kaylin to Chad. During Kaylin’s sophomore year they moved into the same apartment complex and eventually hit it off!
They started hanging out more and more, playing sand volleyball with Chad’s roommates and texting each other pretty frequently. From the moment Chad started using cheesy pickup lines (What’s cookin’ good lookin’?) to humor Kaylin, they were together non-stop. On August 19, 2015, Chad asked Kaylin to make their relationship official.
A few years later they began planning a great last horrah in Gatlinburg before their last year at Purdue. They went with Chad’s sister and her boyfriend, Alex. The couples decided to hike to a waterfall and Andrea and Alex were anxious to get to the falls ahead of time (I’ve heard they were nearly running! Ha!).
When they finally reached the falls it was pure magic. The scenery was incredible and the couple decided to stand on a rock closest to the waterfall. Once they stepped onto the rock, Chad decided he wanted to make their first vacation together special. He proceeded to get down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. Everyone around cheered and of course she said YES!
After much planning, their wedding day arrived and it was certainly a day for remembering. Meadow Springs Manor offered a beautiful little spot for these two to share their vows. We love that the manor offers an attached spot to stay the night and get ready before youre ceremony! It truly takes away the stress of having to get ready somewhere else!
Their ceremony spot is nestled behind a row of trees, overlooking a field of rotating crops. It can be a bit windy though so plan accordingly 🙂 We also love that all of the photo spots are rustic in nature!
We wish Chad and Kaylin a lifetime of happiness and love! Thank you so much for choosing us as your photographers and allowing us to capture such a special time! If you are ready to chat with us about photographing your wedding, click HERE!
