Planning a dog-lovers wedding in a national park isn’t easy. You can’t bring your pup on trails unless they’re paved, so what can you do to make them feel included on the wedding day? Read below to learn about 3 easy ways to incorporate your dog into your National Park Wedding without breaking any rules!
If you cannot imagine your wedding day without seeing your pup, have your pet-sitter bring them by for some quick photos in the parking lot! This way your pet will still be in the photos of your special day, but will also be safe and happy with the pet-sitter! After their photo-op, the pet-sitter can take them home and for a walk! Plus, your pup will be so glad to see their humans on their big day!
Finding a pet-sitter can be easy with apps like Wag or Rover! But even many locations have pet-sitters that will come to your Airbnb to watch your pup! This helps majorly with anxiety in the doggos too!
No wedding reception is complete without having a signature drink! Name your signature drink after your pup! Putting the world “The” in front of your dog’s name will allow your to make it sound even fancier! Try this! We used our dogs’ names below to come up with some signature drinks!
The ‘Scout’
A rum and coke with lime garnish
The ‘Finn’
Bourbon bitters, sugar cube, a few dashes on plain water
The ‘Libby’
Sprite, Grenadine, Vodka, and cherries on top
The ‘Dash’
Whiskey, lemon juice, egg white, and sugar
What would your pup’s signature drink be?!
