All about Pipers at the Marott Wedding Venue
The services of a Pipers at the Marrott Wedding would include only the most unique event lighting (SERIOUSLY wait until you see the pics), a creative culinary team right at your hip, custom designed menus, and state of the art event design to leave your guest talking on and on and onnnnnnn about your big day!
As soon as you enter the Grand Lobby with its beautiful crystal chandelier (BIG chandelier fans over here!) and marble floors (another fav of ours) you will be speechless and in awe over this venue. We know we are. 😉
Why do we love Pipers at the Marott Wedding Venue?
WHY?! Hmmm.. why NOT! Hahahaha!! There are 4 beautiful rooms to chose from here, giving our clients endless opportunities and creative freedom for how they want their wedding day to go and/or look!
What else do we love, you ask??? EVERYTHING THEY PROVIDE! Check this list out:
- Choice of colors in poly linens and cloth napkins {upgrades also available} for all guest tables, sign-in, gift, cake, and bridal/sweetheart, and vendor tables. All linens go to the floor and linen napkins are folded and placed
- Onsite parking [for all event sizes] or free valet for parties of 175+
- Complimentary ceiling lighting in our ballroom and atrium in many colors
- Vintage bars for those purchasing bar packages or cash bar options
- Easels (3), Table Numbers {up to 15}, Signage
- Forty-five-minute rehearsal the night before [if no other event booked]
- Wedding suites all day of your event (you are responsible for items kept in it]
- Set up, flipping of the rooms, tear down and clean up of your event by our staff
- All tables, Chivari chairs with ivory cushions, china, and tableware
- Day of decorating time to place centerpieces, favors, and personal items
- Vendors can access the venue after 9 am the day of your event
- Linen trial and Interim planning meeting 90-days out from your wedding
- Final wrap up meeting 14 days out from your wedding
- Private restrooms for your guests at your event
- All day venue accessibility; 5-hour actual event time; extra event hours $500 per
- Event Coordinator, closing captain, and full culinary team

Covid caused a few people not to be at their wedding but Katie + Kelly obviously had to find a way to make sure that those who wanted to support them from home could be there. Zoom provided the perfect platform so that loved ones could watch from afar! This image will speak volumes in the years to come!
How do you get to Pipers at the Marott?
If you are directional challenged (ME! ME! ME! – Sam), we are here to help ya out. THIS is how to get to your Pipers at the Marrott Wedding. Basically, short and sweet and simple – you’re going to downtown Indianapolis! Its exact address is 2625 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46208… and Meridian is one of the most prominent Indy streets, so it should be really easy to find, right off the interstate! Google/Apple maps does wonders. There is a parking lot right next to it, so you don’t even have to walk too far to find the venue!
Why is Pipers at the Marott for an intimate wedding?
Why………not! Again, this place can do no wrong! A Pipers at the Marrott Wedding will have the option of five different, elegant rooms like we mentioned about!! The best part about options is that you have full creative freedoms to make this day your own… which is what intimate wedding are allllll about anyways. 😉
All About Katie + Kelly
In 2018 Kelly and Katie started dating and were engaged to be married in late 2019!! These two met playing pickup soccer in seminary wayyyyy over in New Jersey. Together, they love to explore their new city of Indianapolis!!! Going on walks, cuddling on the couch and trying out new restaurants are some of their favs.
Katie adores Kelly’s passion for ministry, the way she leads in worship, and her “servant heart.” RIGHT IN THE FEELS! Kelly knew Katie was the one when she saw Katie praying with friends almost daily from across their dining hall. Kelly said that it was then we she knew she wanted to spend her life with Katie doing ministry and life together. RIGHT IN THE FEELS PART 2.
Kelly quotes that she was “put in charge of the proposal.” These two lovebirds had made a mutual deal to both get rings for each other and for Kelly made the plan to propose in September. Then, Katie shortly began to grow suspicious about the proposal, so Kelly moved up her surprise to the end of August. What a great idea!
Kelly set her intimate proposal in the place they first fell in love. It was a small room with a gorgeous lookout right there at the Princeton Seminary. She had saved multiple mementos of their relationship (pictures, ticket stubs, wine corks) and set them up around the room. Katie being the intuitive person she is, began asking questions at lunch during a trip to the beach. It wasn’t the extraordinary surprise Kelly had hoped for, but it all came together with that super sweet “YES!” at the end. 😉
AND NOW THEY’RE MARRIED!
Mhmmmmm…. THAT is what we like to see! This Pipers at the Marrott Wedding was one to remember; yours could be too! 😉
