We are happy to share with you this BEAUTIFUL McCormick’s Creek Engagement Session! This session’s waterfall is a must see, BUT be prepared to climb into the waterfall! The Couple

Kylie + Curtis will be getting married on September 6th 2020 at Abram Farms! They have been together for 3 years! They first met at the Fort Ben Neuro Specialty Clinic, Curtis was working at a PT and Kylie was on clinical rotation for her second year of PT school.

The Proposal

Curtis proposed to Kylie in the BAHAMAS! The couple went on a cruise to celebrate Curtis graduating from PT school. Kylie + Curtis found a beautiful look out spot where they could see the sea rolling onto the sand, Curtis asked Kylie to marry him right there! I absolutely love telling you guys about the proposal story because it really shows the love between the couples!

The Session

We took Kylie + Curtis engagement session at the waterfall at McCormick’s Creek State Park because they love a good adventure! Climbing into a waterfall for an engagement session SCREAMS adventure. haha! McCormick Creek State Park is Indiana’s FIRST state park! This park is a limestone canyon with scenic waterfalls and hiking trails!

Location Tips

We have a couple tips if you will be traveling here! It is important to get there early or later in the evening if you want to avoid large crowds. Bring a towel to dry off and get clean! You may also want to bring a pair of Chaco’s for waterfall climbing and a change of clothes in case you decide to dive in!

After visiting the waterfall at McCormick’s Creek State Park you should totally visit Cataract Falls! This is the largest waterfall in Indiana by volume!
