A few months ago, Bryt and I hopped in front of the camera for a cozy, in-home styled session in Indianapolis, Indiana! Each year (the last 2 years) we have had a session done and hope to continue to do so! (As long as Bryt lets me! ha!) Not only does this session remind us how important it is to take time out of our crazy schedules for ourselves, but also shows our couples how important it is to capture the season of life you are in!

The amazing Sylvia of Sylvia Stahl Photography really captured us in the best way ever! I love how she focused on capturing the small things like the way our hands intertwine or the way we look at each other. A huge bonus is that she made us feel ultra comfortable! Plus the cozy shirts she recommended from Alternative Apparel have turned out to be our favorite lounging around shirts!

Bryt and I met at Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana. We were introduced by a mutual friend. At first I told Bryt she wasn’t my type! ha! Clearly I was playing hard to get! A few weeks later we ended up together! I remember staying up super late and just talking about life. We would stay up so late that the craziest commercials and advertisements would come on. Bryt and I actually hid our relationship from most of the world until we were married (crazy huh?!).

Bryt and I are so excited that Sylvia was able to capture the two us in the most perfect way! We are even more excited to share our favorites from our cozy in-home (actually airbnb because lets face it our house isn’t this clean ha!) session in Indianapolis, Indiana! We can’t wait for our next session, later this year!
